Training in Creative CoupleWork

Many of those who come and train with us have asked themselves questions like:
  • Will the same skills I learned with individuals work with couples?
  • Why is working with couples so different?
  • What will happen if my couple starts to fight?
  • How do I start to work with couples?
  • How come some of my usual approaches don't seem to work?
  • What more can I learn about CoupleWork?
  • Do I really want to continue to work with couples?

Working with couples IS different

We found out the hard way. We have asked many of the same questions and struggled in our practice, as well as in our own relationship.

Before we were able to conceive Creative CoupleWork we had to integrate the tough learning from our own relationship with our studies with all kinds of teachers worldwide, alongside our clinical experience of two decades as psychotherapists.
Finally, we developed a creative approach that we know really works and have been successfully training others in for over 10 years, in the UK and Scandinavia.
